At Bar Harbor Oyster Co. we recognize that each event is unique. We are happy to work with you (and other caterers) to ensure that you have the experience you desire.

Base Package: $5/Oyster with a 120-Oyster Minimum

Includes:

·      Service anywhere on Mt. Desert Island

·      Set-up and breakdown of oyster bar

·      Appetizing presentation of oysters on crushed ice

·      Freshly cut lemons

·      BHOC Signature mignonette (composed of shallots, champagne vinegar, red wine vinegar and cracked pepper)

·      Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional shucking staff 

Enhancements:

·     Freshly made mignonette including our Habanero, Cucumber and Fruit $25/100 oysters

·     Custom accouterments, (or cocktail sauce if you insist)  $25/100 oysters

·     Blanched rockweed for platters $25/100 oysters. *Required for events that are 2 hours or longer.

·     Back to the Sea Guarantee (eco-friendly disposal of all shells) $25/100 oysters. *Events that do not choose this add on will be responsible for the disposal of the oyster shells.

Additional charges may apply for some events, including those that are larger than 150 guests, or longer than 2 hours.

A 20% service charge will be automatically be added to each event.

Event Cancellation Policy: We get it—plans can change. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least two weeks in advance.
